What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order requirement at this time. NOTE: All International orders will need to fill out a credit card authorization form and fax or email back.
How much do your sunglasses sell for retail?
Our sunglasses sell for an average of $10.00 per pair, or 3 pairs for $20.00. We do have customers selling some of our eyewear for as much as $29.99 a pair.
Do each of the sunglasses come with a case or covering?
Each pair of sunglasses comes in a clear polybag for protection. To purchase cases please view our case page.
Do all of your sunglasses meet UV400 protection standards?
Yes. All of our sunglasses meet ANSI Z80.3 General Purpose UV Protection Standards.
What does it mean when you say "Assorted Colors" ?
Each dozen of sunglasses comes in assorted colors. The variety of colors varies for each product. The number of pairs per color also varies for each dozen.
What does it mean when you say "Per Dozen" ?
Each 1 dozen box contains 12 pair of sunglasses in a variety of colors.
What are your payment methods?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, and bank wire.
Do you charge shipping?
All orders under $200.00 must pay standard shipping. Anything exceeding $200.00 will be shipped for free within the 48 US states. AK and HI pay all shipping costs. We have very discounted international shipping, simply add your order to the cart to view your shipping prices and options.
Do you charge sales tax?
Missouri residents are subject to sales tax, so you must fill out and fax, or email a tax exempt form.
How do I sample your sunglasses and examine the quality?
You may sample our sunglasses by purchasing a sample dozen, which is $25.00. Limit 1 per customer. This can be ordered either on our website, or via phone. We recommend you contact us by phone to find out more about our potential sunglass samples.
What is your return policy?
For returns wishing to receive a refund, an RMA must be requested from the company within 7 days of receipt of the products. Items MUST be returned in the manner in which they were shipped to the customer, in their poly bags, in FULL dozens. Mixed dozens, or dozens missing glasses will not be accepted. For returns wanting an exchange, the customer must request an RMA within 30 days of receipt of their products, and as detailed previously, the items must return to us in the same condition you received them.
There will be a 20% Restocking fee on all items returned to our warehouse.
If you order something that is currently out of stock, our warehouse reserves the right to replace the out of stock item with something similar. If this is something you DO NOT want, please note in the comment section of your order.
How do you handle order cancellations?
Cancellations of orders must be reported immediately, as our company has FedEx pickups several times daily. If a cancellation is received on an order placed more than 3 hours after the order is placed, it will not be accepted.
