Ordering & Shipping It's important to know about shipping when ordering on the internet. All our wholesale sunglasses are in stock and ready to be shipped. We do not use a 3rd party to ship, we have a huge warehouse stocked and can supply any large distributors. We are the manufacture not a middle man. For large orders over 500 dozen email us for special pricing at sales@modasunglass.com When Ordering with Express Services such as next day air, 2nd day air, or any other faster service we need to make sure and have the order in before Noon 12:00 PM. Express Shipping pick up is earlier in the day, therefore we need time to pick your order. Please also follow up with us Via Phone to confirm we give your package the correct rush and out on time. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after placed. We try to ship orders out the same day they are placed, but depending on how busy our shipping facility is makes this vary. If for some reason your order is held up we will call and or email you until the problem is taken care of. All shipping charges will be added to your order when checking out. These charges will be exact, unless we contact you with a change. After your order has been placed we will email you when the order has been shipped, including a tracking number. We ship everything with FedEx. We have very deep discounted rates due to our mass shipping volume. This will ensure you are charged the very least for your order. Please keep in mind we charge exactly what were charged, we do not up sell and add shipping on. International orders are also shipped using FedEx. Shipping time varies depending on your country. Shipping takes about 5 days on average. Orders within the USA we offer ground shipping, 2 Day Express shipping and Next Day Air shipping. If you need your order by a specific date please make a note of the date you need the order to arrive by in the order notes when you place your order. If you are unsure of the correct shipping method, you may call our office and we will help you decide on the best method. If this is something you DO NOT want, please note in the comment section of your order.** **Sunglasses, and sunglass accessories are the only merchandise available for return or exchange. Mirrors, tents, tables, banners, and signage all sales are final on.** **Displays are non returnable after assembled, as screws can become worn, and we cannot resell to other customers.** |
